Welcome! There is some good dove hunting in the haslet area. For turkey and deer you can hunt close to home also if you can find a place, good luck!

Welcome to the site. cup.gif cheers.gif

It will take you some time to get used to Texas Game Laws, so don't get comfortable, because recently some proposals were looked at to change up deer hunting regs over most of the state, so it may be different than what you have heard or read about by the time seasons start.

HOWDY! cup.gif
Look at your style, and desire.
Do you have the cash and time to invest in a yearly lease (fuel, corn, blinds, feeders)?
Are you just looking to shoot a deer every now and then?
Family involved in hunting with you (how much land to lease)?
Lots of questions and answers lead up to a decision of this sort.
