I shipped 3 game cameras back with problem descriptions.
Like the products very well, hope they have excellent customer service.

Moultrie has great customer service, they will probably send you brand new cams back. That is what they have done with mine every time.

Well did they send you new ones. I sent my M-40 back for a bad screen, and they sent me a new M-40 with another year warranty in less than 7 days fro the day I mailed mine in. And they don't make me pay for shipping both ways like Scottguard, and LeafRiver.

BTW my Buckeye is still going strong, just charged the battery for the first time about 2 weeks ago. It has taken a few thousand pics and last over 6 months. No issues with it at all, first time I ever bought a camera and it did not need to be sent back.

On friday, the 22nd, I recieved a box with 2 new D-40's. (each box has a new 2 GIG card in it.)
1 that I sent was so out of date, they do not have parts for it. scard.gif

2 out of 3 ain't too bad, OH! and they paid the shipping back to me.

I will continue to give them my business.
