I'm off today so I lit the smoker about 6 o'clock this morning. The brisket won't be ready until this evening.

Makes me want to get out there and crank my smoker up. I bought a rack of ribs the other day and now need a brisket like that.

Thanks!! I had a good weekend. Went hog hunting Friday night, fishing Saturday, got all my yard work done Sunday, and cooked all day yesterday. Back to work today though!! I need more 3 day weekends!!
