Posted this on another forum also. I had a soldier come out for the weekend, and he got a 260lb boar. He made a great shot with his 270WSM, and it fell DRT. TexasLefty came over also with his son. We had a great time.

We brought the pistol with us in case the hog was not dead.

Thanks guys we had a blast, and Criss got to take a bunch of meat back to Fort Hood to cook for the guys that served with him in Iraq.

Criss got his mount back from the taxidermest. mctaxidermy.com. It came out great, and Criss is very happy with it.
