Helping Dad find the blood trail

This is Michael and his Daughter, Abbi. She is helping her Daddy find the blood trail from the deer he shot. We looked for hours and never found the deer but it wasnt for the lack of trying. Michael is an amputee from the Iraqi war hunting with the Hunting with Soldiers program. Him and his Daughter are wonderful people.

We saw around 30 deer. Some good bucks but the only bucks that got close enough to him to shoot with the bow were 3 smaller ones. He didnt want to take a young buck. I am having him back for one more hunt though. Hes a great guy and sure deserves to get a deer.

I'm new to this forum. Found it through helomech on another forum. Just wanted you to know I think you are providing a great service supporting our soldiers. My hat is off to you.

BTW this is a great forum!
