As soon as my son gets out of school we will be headed back to the lease. He got a doe last weekend, and I'm not going to shoot anything this weekend, I still want him to get a buck so he will be the designated shooter. I'm off for 2 weeks though and he goes back to school Monday, so after that it's on!!! Good luck everybody and be safe!!

Man I was just informed that I'm mandatoryed to work Sat 12:00 to 21:00 & Sun all day. The nerve of some people. My Truck & UTV are packed & ready to go. Ain't that a %#*#@

Cough, cough, cough.

We only saw 2 does this morning, we got in the stand about 5:40 and the moon was BRIGHT!!! Think it may heve the deer moving at night. We're not giving up though, about to eat lunch and get back out there!!! One of the guys on our lease did get a nice 9 point this morning, should have been a ten but had broken a tine off.

We got in the stand about 6 am, and saw 2 does at about 6:45. At 7 nature called on me and I had to run to the house. Almost didn't make it, but did see two more does behind the house. Going back out about 3 pm to try again.

Man you had two socks on right.

LOL, yeah, but the house was only a 5 minute walk. My son was not very happy with me.

We saw a doe and a young 8 pt this morning. There was a doe and a 7 pt killed yesterday afternoon and a doe and a spike this morning by other members. It's still kinda slow. We're gonna hunt a different stand this evening. It's warm and the moon is bright I think it's kinda got them messed up on their feeding times.

Didn't see anything this morning.

We saw a little 6 pt and a doe this evening, and that was it. I'll be headed back in the morning though, still have a lot of vacation left I'm not giving up!!!
