Yes I do, but haven't noticed any bucks with antlers there. Just lots of pics of pregnant does.

If you have a set of triplets I want to come down and take some pics. I missed the chance last year at the high lonesome ranch and have regreted it since.

No triplets yet, but twins from last year, and this doe that is getting real big.

A one month comparison. Not to bad for one month of growth.

I am getting excited.

BTW got some news on the land today. The land board did not want to give us the loan because of the fence that a neighbor put up on the property I am trying to buy. The sellers agreed to sell us the acreage that is outside the fence, but deed us the entire 24.4 acres. So it looks like I am going to get a little break on the price of the land. Now I just have to get the guy that owns the fence to sign a letter in front of a notary saying he knows the fence is on my property and hold no legal right to my property. If he won't sign it I need to put up a fence on the property line and serve him with papers to move his fence. I am not allowed to legally remove his fence even if it is on my property.

Nice looking deer.
Once I fence in my property, I believe I'd be doing as I pleased with the other fence. bolt.gif

Well I like the guy, and I don't mind him leaving his fence there. As long as he signs a paper in front of a notary saying it is on my property, and he holds no right to it.

Yes sir, as long as he isn't trying to steal land from me, all will be good.

Question - How much land is it that you are buying? I forget.
If you fenced in your property, how much land would be between your new fence and his old fence? Just a foot or two between the two along one side?
Or would it be enough to use it as a pen of some sort? or a fenced off food plot?

I am buying 24.4 more acres.

I have no plans to fence it, no cattle or anything I am trying to fence off. Way more than a foot or two, my best guess is around 2 acres.

It is a barbed wire fence, so it would not keep out hogs which are the only destructive critters I have to worry about.

I have the survey saved on my computer, but it is a pdf file and I can't seem to upload it to photobucket, so I drew the line as best I could on a google earth image. I made the fence line in orange, and the red straight line is the property line.
