A few pics

Postby Mike » 11:21 am Feb 09 2009

Lindsey and I went down and checked the camera and gathered up some stuff from Slimpickin's cabbin to take to the Wild Boar Expo.

We checked my camera and had some really good pics.

This black boar has been comming in after dark on a regular basis.

This piebald looks pretty big compared the the pic above of the black boar. I really want to introduce him to my 300wsm. I think they woudl get along really well.

This is my first pic of a bobcat.

We sat at the feeder from sunset until about 11:00 and did not see anything but a field mouse that almost run up Lindsey's leg. I was suprised that she did not scream, but she did good and only sat still and it ran off.

This is my new Cabela's (Moultrie) Outfitter 5.0MP that I got for X-Mas.

It only took a few day time pics this time for some reason. I dont know if there is something wrong with it or there was nothing comming to the feeder during the day.

I will have to see on our next trip down.

Kevin-

That light in the pic of the cat is a security light from the neighbors house.

Great pics!!!! I was tellin' Txpapa I am having some issues with my Moultrie 4.0. The pictures it takes are good, just is not working right all of the time. I have contacted Moultrie via e-mal....we'll see what they have to say.

Moultrie cams are not very reliable, but if it is under warranty they will give you a new cam with no trouble.

Thanks helomech,

Txpapa basically told me the same thing. I visited with them this morning. We'll see what they get done for me.
